The Library's rich collections, expert librarians, responsive services and welcoming spaces inspire and nourish scholarship and learning throughout the university. Its world-class collection covers incredibly diverse fields, such as hip-hop and punk, East and Southeast Asia, labor, agriculture, hospitality and Liberian law. Thanks to a 24/7 chat reference service, helpful librarians are always just a keystroke away.

About the Library's Assesment and Communication Department

Using words, numbers, and imagery, the Assessment and Communication Department helps users, staff, and stakeholders understand the Library and its environment. The department's focus is two-fold: to create, assemble, and analyze data to report on library performance and provide evidence and context for priority-setting and decision-making. It raises the Library’s visibility and promotes its collections, programs, services, and expert staff to multiple audiences both on- and off-campus.
